Flow Control Valve
Flow & Pressure Control Valves deliver precise, reliable flow and pressure regulation in industrial systems. Actuated via diaphragm, electric solenoid, or electric actuator using water or line fluid, these valves feature a single, high-performance moving assembly. The nylon-reinforced Buna-N elastomer diaphragm ensures smooth, wear-free operation within a sealed chamber, while its design keeps it separate from the sealing surface for unmatched durability and long-lasting performance.
The valve assembly features a stainless steel stem, fully guided at both top and bottom to prevent deflection and ensure smooth, precise operation. In the closed position, a securely retained quad ring contacts the polished stainless steel seat, providing a bubble-tight shut-off in compliance with Leakage Class VI (ANSI FC-70-2). The design also allows for a removable seat, making maintenance simple without compromising reliability or performance.
The internal valve components are fully removable and repairable without disconnecting the valve body from the line, ensuring quick and hassle-free maintenance. With no packing glands and a piston-free design, these valves require minimal upkeep.
Constructed from ductile iron or cast steel, the valve body and cover are fused epoxy coated inside and out for superior corrosion resistance and durability.
These valves can function as self-regulating units when power is unavailable, or be operated via electrical solenoid valves or electric actuators, making them fully SCADA-compatible for modern industrial automation systems.
