Flow-Tek control valves are high-performance, versatile valves designed for general industrial applications, paired with the powerful Flow Act pneumatic diaphragm actuator. Their modular construction allows the same valve body to accommodate different bonnets, trims, and actuators, reducing spare parts inventory and providing interchangeable solutions across multiple industries. These valves are engineered to operate reliably across a wide temperature range, from -196°C to +538°C (-321°F to +1000°F), depending on the selected materials.
Precisely machined plug contours and extended stroke lengths ensure exceptional control performance. Standard trims can be easily upgraded to low-noise or cavitation-control trims, providing flexibility for demanding applications. With up to 9 Kvs/Cv values available per size, each valve can accommodate a wide range of process conditions.
The Flow-Tek control valve features a robust plug head guide to minimize vibrations and reduce wear. Its profile-ring design ensures highly reliable sealing between the body and seat, while enabling easy maintenance without the need for machining the body seat area when replacing the seat.
