Angle Type Flush Bottom Valve
Flow-Tek Flush Bottom Tank Valves are engineered for complete and reliable discharge of materials from processing tanks. Their design ensures the outlet nozzle at the vessel wall is fully sealed, preventing solids from accumulating or solidifying in the nozzle neck. This guarantees uninterrupted flow, avoids blockages, and eliminates the retention of unreacted or residual material, ensuring efficient and consistent tank emptying.
Flush Bottom Tank Valves feature a modified Y-type body with an angle-style design, positioning the stem in the vertical branch for precise operation. The seat and disc arrangement is similar to a globe valve, providing reliable metal-to-metal seating. Depending on process requirements, the disc can either lift from the seat to open into the vessel or pull down from the seat to open into the valve, allowing controlled and efficient material discharge.
Flow-Tek Flush Bottom Valves are precision-engineered to meet international design standards, delivering total interchangeability, superior durability, and reliable operation in the most demanding industrial environments.
