Flow-Tek Valves & Controls manufactures conventional Swing Check Valves (Non-Return Valves) designed for installation in both vertical and horizontal pipeline systems. These valves are commonly applied in lines carrying liquids and various industrial process fluids.Featuring metal-seated construction, they are suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. For enhanced resistance to wear and erosion, the seating surfaces are hard-faced with Stellite, ensuring consistent performance and extended operational life under demanding service conditions.
Flow-Tek also offers Piston Type Lift Check Valves engineered for horizontal pipeline installation. The design follows established ASA, BS, and DIN standards, providing reliable performance and standardized compatibility for a wide range of industrial systems.
The valves are available with PTFE and rubber lining options to handle corrosive and demanding media effectively. Soft-seated designs for high-temperature service incorporate Silicone and Viton seat rings for superior sealing reliability.With a simple installation process, these valves are compatible with both horizontal and vertical pipeline orientations, offering operational flexibility across various industrial applications.
