The Flow-Tek FT-620 Series Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve is designed for reliable high-performance pressure protection in air, gas, vapor, liquid, and two-phase applications. Its robust, standardized construction ensures dependable operation in demanding process and power industry environments.
Applicable Standards
- Design Standards: Compliant with API 520, API 521, API 526, API 527, and ASME Section VIII
- End Connections: Flanged ends suitable for ANSI, DIN, BS, JIS, IS, etc
- Testing Standard: Performance and leakage testing as per API 527
All valve castings and forgings are manufactured to ASME/ASTM material standards. Material options include WCB, WC6, WCC, WC9, CF8, CF8M, CA15, Hastelloy-C, and NACE MR0175 compliant grades.
High-pressure valves are equipped with Inconel discs and SS347H nozzles, while standard valves feature SS316 discs and nozzles.

- Tight closing performance with a pressure differential of up to –3%; opening operation is unaffected by back pressure.
